Skilio Felix Tan on Skill-Based Recruitment

Felix Tan is the co-founder and CEO of Skilio, an edtech startup that helps young people create future-ready skill sets that are appealing to employers. As a student entrepreneur, Felix started Skillio in his new year at the university and since then has helped the startup grow its average recurring revenue 11 times and the number of users 14 times. He is passionate about youth development and the place of education.

As a Head Trainer at Reactor School, Felix, a leading provider of entrepreneurial education to young people aged 13 to 24, has completed over 300 training hours, skillfully equipping Southeast Asian youth entrepreneurship skills. In her additional capacity, Felix works as an entrepreneur and volunteer to advise young people on soft skills development.
